Visit sketchfab.com/LostTownsProject to view 3-dimensional artifacts from in and around Anne Arundel County, Maryland. This first phase of 45 scans focuses on Native American artifacts with a special emphasis on the Jug Bay area of southwestern Anne Arundel County.
The models were created by photogrammetry technician Emily Lucie, a former Lost Towns Project intern. Photogrammetry is the process of creating models by taking many, many photographs of the artifact from different angles and then stitching them together digitally.
